饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对肉鹅生长性能及粪便中NH_3和H_2S去除效果的影响

摘要
为探讨饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌制剂对肉鹅生长性能及粪便中NH_3和H_2S去除效果的影响,试验选用体重相近肉鹅240只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,1组为空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加1.5%、2.0%、2.5%复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,预试验为7 d,试验期28 d。试验结束测定肉鹅生长性能和粪便中NH_3和H_2S的含量。结果表明:试验2、3、4组平均日采食量均高于1组(P> 0.05),试验3、4组的试验末重和平均日增重较1组分别提高17.3%、16.67%、12.06%、9.75%(P <0.05),试验3、4组的料重比较1组分别降低15.60%、8.51%(P <0.05);试验3、4组粪便中的H_2S和NH_3含量较1组分别降低26.34%、25.95%、31.99%、25.35%(P <0.05)。综上所述,在基础饲料中添加2.0%复合枯草芽孢杆菌制剂可以提高肉鹅的生产性能,降低粪便中NH_3和H_2S的含量。
        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis preparation on growth performance and removal of NH_3 and H_2S from feces of broiler geese.240 broiler geese with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups,each group had 3 replicates,each replicate had 20.One group were fed with basic diet for blank control group.The second,third and fourth groups were fed with 1.5%,2.0% and 2.5% compound Bacillus subtilis preparation in the basic diet respectively.The preliminary test lasted for 7 days and the experimental period was 28 days.The growth performance of the geese and the contents of NH_3 and H_2S in the feces were determined at the end of the experiment.The results showed that:(1) The average daily feed intake of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that of group 1(P > 0.05).The final weight and average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 were 17.3%,16.67%,12.06% and 9.75% higher than that of group 1(P < 0.05),respectively.In the 3 and 4 groups,the feed/gain were decreased by 15.60% and 8.51% respectively compared with the 1 group(P < 0.05).(2) The contents of H_2S and NH_3 in the feces of groups 3 and 4 were 26.34%,25.95%,31.99% and 25.35% lower than those of group 1(P < 0.05).To sum up,adding 2.0% compound Bacillus subtilis preparation to basic feed could improve the production performance of broiler goose and reduce the content of NH_3 and H_2S in feces.
