不同水平共轭亚油酸对秦杂淘汰母牛生长性能、屠宰性能及血液生化指标的影响

摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平共轭亚油酸(CLA)对秦杂(秦川×安格斯)淘汰母牛生长性能、屠宰性能及血液生化指标的影响。采用完全随机设计,选取健康、体重为(417.7±30.83)kg的秦杂淘汰母牛40头,随机分为4组,每组10头,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%CLA的试验饲粮,预试期15 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加不同水平CLA对淘汰母牛末重、平均日增重、平均干物质采食量、耗料增重比无显著影响,1.0%CLA组有促进母牛生长的趋势;与对照组相比,1.0%CLA组背膘厚降低了35.53%(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶降低了24.08%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,1.5%CLA组背膘厚降低了41.81%(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶降低了22.95%(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加CLA不影响秦杂淘汰母牛的生长性能和部分胴体品质及血液生化指标,但随着CLA添加量的增加一定程度上影响了血液脂质代谢。总体来看,饲粮中添加1.0%CLA效果最佳。
