摘要
基于台架试验和线路试验,研究了润滑脂的类型、填充量及其在滚道区域的分布对高速动车组轴箱轴承温度的影响,分析了润滑脂对轴箱轴承温度影响的关键因素,结果表明:高速动车组轴箱轴承应选用低黏度的润滑脂并关注轴承密封性;润滑脂填充量占自由空间的比例为19%~21%可保证轴承充分润滑,降低轴承全寿命周期成本;轴承内部润滑脂的分布状态会影响轴箱轴承的温度状态,应予以重视。
Based on bench test and line test,the influences of type and filling amount of grease and its distribution in raceway area on temperature of axle box bearings for high speed EMU are studied. The key factors of grease influencing temperature of axle box bearings are analyzed. The results show that the grease with low viscosity is selected preferentially for axle box bearings for high speed EMU,and the sealing performance of the bearings should be focused on. The filling proportion of grease in free space is from 19% to 21% to ensure full lubrication and reduce life cycle cost of the bearings. The distribution of grease affecting temperature of axle box bearings should be paid attention to.
