摘要
对罗源闽光1号高炉大修扒炉、炉底、炉缸侵蚀情况、高炉新型浇注炉缸结构、浇注施工、烘炉和应用效果进行总结。1号高炉大修采用了炭砖+新型浇注料的炉缸结构形式,炉缸侧壁大块超微孔环炭结构,内侧及风口区、铁口区采用整体浇注的新型炉缸,解决了炭砖采购周期较长,大修时间短的难题。新型浇注炉缸结构应用近4年效果表明,新型浇注炉缸在高炉快速大修、炉缸长寿、高炉长周期稳定顺行等方面取得良好效果。
Thispaperconcludestheblastfurnaceoverhaul,theremovalofresiduesinthefurnace,erosionofhearthand bottom of furnace, the new pouring hearth structure of blast furnace, pouring construction, and baking and application effects of No. 1 BF in Fujian Luoyuan Minguang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The overhaul of No.1 blast furnace adopts the hearth structure of carbon brick& new castable, the large ultra-microporous ring carbon structure on the side wall of the hearth, and the new type of hearth cast integrally on the inner side, tuyere area and taphole area, thus solving the problems of long procurement period and short overhaul time of carbon brick. The application of the new pouring hearth structure for nearly 4 years shows that the new pouring hearth has achieved good results in the aspects of rapid overhaul of blast furnace, long service life of hearth and stable and smooth operation of blast furnace for a long period.
