摘要
在火力发电厂的厂用辅机系统中,大功率、高耗能电动机设备较多,随着各火电厂节能降耗工作开展,大型辅机设备成为挖掘节能潜力的角色之一。本文结合大型电动机在机组低负荷辅机优化节能运行和变频调速运行中发生的故障案例研究风险管控措施,有助于大型电动机设备的安全可靠运行,为节能运行提供有利条件。
        In the auxiliary equipment system of thermal power plant,there are many high power and high energy consumption motor equipment. With the development of energy-saving and consumption reduction in thermal power plants,large auxiliary equipment has become one of the roles in tapping the potential of energy-saving. In this paper,combined with the fault case study of large motor in the optimization of energy saving operation and frequency conversion speed regulation operation of low load auxiliary equipment of unit,the risk control measures are helpful to the safe and reliable operation of large motor equipment and it will provide favorable conditions for energy-saving operation.
