摘要
针对海上油田生产污水处理难题,优化并评价了以抗污染型陶瓷膜材料为核心的水处理一体化装备技术。长周期运行的现场试验结果表明,经过长达4 d的连续试验,超滤膜装置跨膜压差未超过0.1 MPa,产水能够同时达到油含量小于5 mg/L,悬浮颗粒物含量小于1 mg/L,悬浮颗粒物粒径中值小于1μm,即满足回注水质A1级标准。经过2 d的膜抗大负荷污染运行试验,超滤膜装置处理气浮出水时,跨膜压差在36 h内增长了0.07 MPa,表现为较快污染,中试效果表明,采用优化的陶瓷膜装置处理产出液可以大幅提高现有注水水质,满足油田可持续开采的要求。
        Integrated water treatment equipment with anti-pollution ceramic membrane materials as the core for wastewater treatment in offshore oilfields was optimized and evaluated.The field test results of long-period operation of the membrane showed that after a continuous test for 4 days,transmembrane pressure difference did not exceed 0.1 MPa,and the produced water could simultaneously reach an oil content of less than 5 mg/L,a suspended particulate matter content of less than 1 mg/L,and the median particle size of suspended particles of less than 1 μm,which met the A1 standard for refilling water quality.According to the 2-day operation test of high load pollution resistance of the membrane,when the ultrafiltration membrane device treated air flotation water,transmembrane pressure difference increased by 0.07 MPa within 36 h,which showed faster pollution.The pilot test showed that the treatment of produced fluid by optimized ceramic membrane could greatly improve the quality of existing injection water and met the requirements for sustainable exploitation of the oil field.
