摘要

本文介绍了国内外企业管理以及精益企业管理的发展历史和现状,分析了企业管理未来发展趋势,总结了我国企业管理存在的问题以及造成这些问题的原因,分析了企业管理创新的意义和所面临的问题。基于此,结合工业工程和精益管理的思想、方法和理论,提出了基于三元分析模型的企业管理创新方法体系以及实施精益企业管理的办法。
        This paper first introduces the development history and current situation of enterprise management and lean enterprise management at home and abroad, and analyzes the future development trend of enterprise management. Secondly, it summarizes the problems existing in China's enterprise management and the causes of these problems.Then It it analyzes the significance of and problems of enterprise management innovationenterprise management innovation and the problems it faces, and summarizes the current path of enterprise management innovation. Based on the above analysis, this paper combinesd with the ideas, methods and theories of industrial engineering and lean management, and this paper puts forward the method system of enterprise management innovation based on ternary analysis model and the method of implementing lean enterprise management.proposes a method of enterprise management innovation based on ternary analysis model and a way to implement lean enterprise management. Finally,the future development direction of lean enterprise management is analyzed.
