高校图书馆本科生科研服务实践思考与建议——基于UIUC案例研究与我国“双一流”高校图书馆的调查分析

摘要
[目的/意义]支持本科生科研是高校图书馆使命之一,是符合学校发展战略的重要举措。借鉴国外典型案例,立足国内实际情况,为我国高校图书馆本科生科研服务提供有益建议。[方法/过程]通过案例研究,分析了伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校图书馆本科生科研服务背景、服务内容、服务平台与保障机制,并总结了其服务特征。通过问卷调查描述了国内"双一流"高校图书馆本科生科研服务定位、内容设计、人员保障等基本情况。[结果/结论]提出我国高校图书馆需要重视本科生科研服务、掌握本科生科研服务需求特征、开展特色科研服务项目,建立长效服务保障机制的建议。
        [Purpose/significance]Supporting undergraduate research is one of the mission for university libraries, which accord with the development strategy of universities. It is essential to provide some useful suggestions to Chinese university library services for undergraduate research based on the typical case study and survey. [Method/process] By case study, the paper analyzed the background, content, technology platform and guarantee mechanism of undergraduate research services in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign library, then it summarized the service characteristics. Meanwhile, by questionnaire survey, this paper analyzed the service positioning, content design, personnel support and other basic information of undergraduate research services in Chinese "double first-class" university libraries. [Result/conclusion] It is suggested that Chinese university libraries should pay attention to undergraduate research services, understand characteristics of service demand, develop special research support projects, and establish a long-acting guarantee mechanism.
