摘要

高校科技成果转化服务平台是高校与企业、经济与科技有效结合的桥梁与纽带,是联结科技链和产业链的服务中介。基于服务平台运行的理论基础—逆向选择理论,分析服务平台的整合、咨询、评估和对接等功能及其特征,研究参与主体和运行过程,以此构建服务平台的运行模式。为提升服务平台的服务质量和水平,确保运行模式的高效运行,重点论述服务平台的协同共享、多元激励、有偿服务和多方监管等运行机制,以加快科技成果资本化和产业化。
        The platform for transforming scientific results of universities and colleges serves as the bridge and bond which effectively link universities with enterprises,economy and technology.Meanwhile,it is a service agency for technological and industrial chains.With the theoretical basis of adverse selection,this paper analyses some functions of the platform like integration,consultation,evaluation,and docking and its characteristics.In addition,the paper researches the participants and operational process.Based on the analysis and research,operational mode for the platform was established.For the purpose of optimizing the quality and level of this platform and ensuring the effective operation of the mode,this paper focuses on discussing on the operational mechanisms like sharing with coordination,motivating with multiple sources,serving with payment and being supervised by multiple parties,which will accelerate the capitalization and industrialization of scientific achievement.
