摘要

作为社会主义核心价值观中的重要范畴之一,敬业具有时代性和继承性的统一,具有普遍性与行业性的统一,对于今天有着重要的价值和现实启示;敬业精神的发生需要认知与认同共同作用,精神和物质共同驱动,舆论和示范相互结合,道德和法治相互制约,把握敬业发生的机制和过程,有助于敬业精神"内化于心,外化于行"。
        This paper seeks to investigate the connotation and occurrence mechanism of the professional dedication spirits in the Socialist core values.Its connotation reflects both the old and contemporary characteristics of the professional dedication spirits,and takes into account the general and professional requirements,which is significant and valuable for the development of the profession dedication spirits.This paper concludes that the promotion of the professional dedication spirits requires the wide recognition and cognition,driven by material and spiritual factors.The utilizations of propaganda and pilot programs will help improve the professional dedication spirits,with the sufficient supervision by means of morality and laws.The clear understanding of the occurrence mechanism of the profession dedication spirits is helpful for the internalization and practices of the professional dedication spirits.
