摘要
教育部《普通高校法学本科专业教学质量国家标准》的发布,明确提出了新时期国家对法学本科专业的教学质量国家标准,即把"复合型、应用型、创新型"作为法学本科专业的教学质量标准。从该法学本科教学质量标准出发,阐述当前民事诉讼法学课程的三大教学困境,剖析该课程的教学方法存在的不足,提出了相应的教学方法的改进举措。
The Ministry of Education released the "National Standard on the Teaching Quality of Law Majors in Higher Education Institutions"(hereinafter referred to as the National Standard), setting the national standard for law majors' teaching quality in undergraduate stage, namely "to cultivate all-around, practical and innovative undergraduates majoring in law." Starting from the National Standard, this paper expounds three major dilemmas currently facing the course teaching of civil procedure law, and then analyzes the shortcomings of the teaching methods as well as proposes corresponding approaches to improve the teaching methods.
