摘要

2019年1月18日,墨西哥发生一起因打孔盗油造成的输油管道爆炸事故,致使数百人死伤,教训深刻。打孔盗油行为在我国也时有发生,墨西哥这起事故对我们有很强的借鉴意义。本文以墨西哥管道事故为切入点分析当前企业保卫工作的主要问题,提出建设企业保卫工作体系的必要性。对有效应对安保风险,按照PDCA(戴明循环)模式打造企业保卫工作体系,加强企业保卫和安全生产工作的有效衔接,推进企业保卫工作的现代化转型进行了一定的探索和思考。
        On January 18, 2019, a pipeline explosion in Mexico caused by drilling and stealing oil resulted in hundreds of deaths and injuries. Drilling and stealing oil is also happening in China, and we should learn from the Mexican pipeline accident. Starting with the Mexican pipeline accident, this paper analyzes the main problems of the current enterprise security work, and addresses the necessity of building enterprise security system. It seeks to make some explorations and thoughts on how to effectively deal with security risks, build enterprise security system according to PDCA(Deming Cycle) model, strengthen the links between the enterprise security and the safety production, and facilitate the modernizing transformation of the enterprise security work.
