髋关节镜下治疗低位髂前下棘撞击1例报告

<正>临床上髂前下棘(anterior inferior iliac spine,AIIS)与股骨近端的撞击是髋部关节外撞击的新概念,作为关节外髋部疼痛源之一往往被忽视[1-3]。有研究显示,髋关节镜手术虽对关节内股骨髋臼撞击患者是一种有效治疗方法,但49%患者在髋关节镜术后效果并不理想,复查时出现髂前下棘肥大,并再次通过髋关节镜翻修手术纠正髂前下棘撞击而取得满意疗效[4]。在全髋关节置换术患者中,髂前下棘肥大也被确认为髋部前方撞击和脱位的原
