摘要
目的探讨干式吸氧在短期中低流量吸氧患者中的应用效果。方法 2018年1-12月,便利抽样法选取皖南医学院第二附属医院心血管内科进行短期中低流量吸氧的患者489例为研究对象,按照吸氧方式的不同将其分为对照组(n=275)和观察组(n=214)。对照组采用常规湿化吸氧,观察组采用干式吸氧,总结分析两组患者吸氧后的各项结局指标。结果两组患者指尖血氧饱和度、鼻黏膜干燥出血发生率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组吸氧装置发出的分贝值小于对照组,且操作时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在短期中低流量吸氧患者中应用干式吸氧,能够取得与常规湿化吸氧相同的效果,同时还可缩短护理操作时间,保持夜间病室安静,值得推广。
        Objective To investigate the effect of dry oxygen absorption in patients with short-term low flow oxygen absorption.Methods From January to December 2018, 489 patients with short-term oxygen inhalation in the hospital were selected by convenience sampling method. They were divided into control group(n=275) and observation group(n=214) according to the different ways of oxygen inhalation.The control group was treated with conventional humidification oxygen inhalation,while the observation group was treated with dry oxygen inhalation.The outcome indicators of the two groups after oxygen inhalation were summarized and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in oxygen saturation and incidence of dry nasal mucosa bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The decibel value of oxygen inhalation device in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of dry oxygen in short-term and low flow oxygen absorption can achieve the same effect, comfort and safety as that of conventional humidified oxygen absorption, and can shorten nursing operation time and keep the night room quiet, which is worth promoting.
