摘要
目的分析贫血鉴别诊断中血液检验的临床应用价值。方法方便选择于2017年10月—2018年10月期间在该院接受体检并检验出贫血的患者49例作为研究对象,归为观察组,同期体检结果为正常的人群选择47例为对照组,两组对象分别接受血液检验,对比两组对象的红细胞分布宽度-变异系数(RDW-CV)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)以及红细胞(RBC)水平。结果观察组患者的RBC为(5.57±0.36)T/L,RDW-CV为(17.05±1.37)%,MCHC为(325.05±5.46)g/L,Hb为(89.25±4.35)g/L,MCH为(68.11±3.11)fl,RDW为(16.37±2.87)%;对照组患者的RBC为(4.05±0.15)T/L,RDW-CV为(12.10±1.68)%,MCHC为(336.35±6.11)g/L,Hb为(165.35±1.06)g/L,MCH为(93.25±3.31)fl,RDW为(12.91±0.96)%;两组数据进行比较,组间差异均有统计学意义(t=26.719 5,15.654 4,9.454 2,116.524 9,37.947 5,7.838 1,P<0.05)。结论血液检验可以有效鉴别患者是否存在贫血情况,临床应用价值相对较好,值得临床普及使用。
        Objective To analyze the clinical application value of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods Convenient select a total of 49 patients who underwent physical examination and anemia in our hospital from October2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the observation group. 47 patients in the same period were selected as the control group. The subjects were subjected to blood tests, and the red blood cell distribution width-coefficient of variation(RDWCV), red blood cell mean hemoglobin concentration(MCHC), hemoglobin(Hb), red blood cell mean hemoglobin(MCH), and red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW) and red blood cell(RBC) levels were compared between the two groups.Results The RBC of the observation group was(5.57±0.36) T/L, RDW-CV was(17.05±1.37)%, MCHC was(325.05±5.46) g/L, Hb was(89.25±4.35) g/L, MCH(68.11±3.11) fl, RDW was(16.37±2.87)%; RBC was(4.05±0.15) T/L, RDW-CV was(12.10±1.68)%, and MCHC was(336.35±6.11)g/L, Hb was(165.35±1.06) g/L, MCH was(93.25±3.31) fl, and RDW was(12.91 ±0.96)%. The data of the two groups were compared. There were significant statistics between the two groups(t =26.719 5, 15.654 4, 9.454 2, 116.524 9,37.947 5, 7.838 1, P<0.05). Conclusion Blood test can effectively identify patients with anemia, and the clinical application value is relatively good, which is worthy of clinical use.
