摘要
目的探讨乌司他丁联合连续性血液净化(CBP)治疗热射病的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年5月至2018年10月收治的44例热射病患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方式将其分为对照组(22例,常规治疗)与观察组(22例,常规治疗+乌司他丁联合CBP治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组IL-17、TNF-α、c TnⅠ、β2-MG、PT、D-D、ET及TM水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合CBP治疗热射病的效果显著,能有效缓解炎症反应,改善凝血功能,恢复器官功能,值得推广应用。
        Objective To explore the effect of ulinastain combined with continuous blood purification(CBP) in the treatment of heat irradiation disease. Methods The clinical data of 44 cases of patients with heat irradiation disease treated in our hospital from May 2016 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(22 cases,routine treatment) and observation group(24 cases, routine treatment+ulinastain combined with CBP treatment) according to the different treatment methods. The treatment effects were compard between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-17, TNF-α, cTn Ⅰ, β2-MG, PT, D-D, ET and TM decreased in both groups, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with CBP in the treatment of heat irradiation disease has a remarkable effect. It can effectively relieve inflammation, improve coagulation function and restore organ function, which is worthy of promotion and application.
