摘要

目的:了解农村中老年人自评健康状况及其影响因素,为提高其健康水平提供参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法选取江苏省泰州市231名农村中老年人进行问卷调查,利用有序Logistic回归模型对影响农村中老年人自评健康的因素进行分析。结果:自评健康为很好、好、一般、差的农村中老年人分别占10.11%、43.09%、34.04%、12.76%;有序Logistic回归结果显示,年龄、文化程度、慢性病患病情况、家庭和睦程度对农村中老年人自评健康影响显著(P<0.05)。结论:农村中老年人对自身健康多持有积极的评价,低龄、文化程度较高、无慢性病、家庭关系和睦的中老年人自评健康相对较好。
        Objective: To explore self-rated health among middle-aged and elderly residents in rural areas and its influencing factors, in order to provide references for the policies of improving health level. Methods: 231 middle-aged and elderly residents in rural areas in Taizhou Jiangsu Province had been selected by stratified random sampling method, and surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire. Analyzing influencing factors of self-rated health among middle-aged and elderly residents in rural areas by ordinal logistic regression model. Results: Among the 231 middle-aged and elderly residents in rural areas, the number of them with very good, good, barely good and poor self-rated health status was 10.11%, 43.09%, 34.04%, 12.76% respectively. Ordinal logistic regression showed that age, education, chronic disease and degree of family harmony had significant effects on self-rated health of middle-aged and elderly residents in rural areas(P<0.05). Conclusion: The middle-aged and elderly residents in rural areas hold positive evaluation on their own health, and those who are younger, with higher education, without chronic diseases and have harmonious family relations have better self-rated health.
