摘要
目的了解不同视角下护理硕士专业学位研究生的角色定位现状。方法使用角色定位问卷,便利抽取27所高校104名护理硕士专业学位在读研究生、8所三级甲等医院52名专科护士进行调查。结果 65.4%护理硕士专业学位研究生为学术发展而读研;51.0%选择专业学位以谋求更大发展;护理硕士专业学位研究生与专科护士在教育收益定位上无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理硕士专业学位研究生能力定位、岗位角色定位与择业定位不一,与专科护士期待有所差异;90.4%专科护士认为临床需要护理硕士专业学位研究生,但目前护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养多不能满足临床要求。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生多数能明确自我定位,但与社会期待的专家型护理人才差距较大。教育者应重视转化式教育,利用临床多学科合作关系,做好角色管理。
        Objective The objective of this study was to understand career choices of Master's students in nursing from different perspectives. Methods A total of 104 postgraduates students in nursing from 27 universities and 52 practicing specialist nurses from8 Grade-A Chinese hospitals were conveniently sampled and surveyed by a questionnaire. Results 65.4% of the students enrolled for academic development; 51.0% chose professional degree for greater development; there was no statistically significant difference in their job salary expectations between postgraduate students in nursing and practicing specialist nurses(P>0.05); the students' conceptions regarding expected abilities, job positions and career choices were different from those of specialist nurses; 90.4% of specialist nurses believed that nurses with a professional Master's degree were needed in clinic, but at present, the clinical requirements could not be met by current school education. Conclusions Most postgraduate students in nursing have a clear career design, but there is a considerable gap between their expectations and the social needs. Medical schools should attach importance to transformational education, make good use of school-hospital clinical multidisciplinary cooperative relationship, and help students in career choices.
