儿科临床见习教学方法改革探索

摘要
由于儿科患者的特殊性以及当下医患关系的复杂性,传统的临床见习教学方式已不能满足现代医学生的培养需要,改革传统儿科见习教学模式势在必行。所以医学生和带教老师应注意见习前的准备工作;在临床见习带教过程中,老师要着重对学生引导,通过典型病例增强学生对儿科常见病的理解;运用多媒体促进学生对儿科疾病临床表现尤其是影像学表现的感性认识;强化基本操作训练,增强动手能力;注重素质教育,提高医学素养。这样利用多种手段,全方位多层次提高医学生临床见习效果,为以后进一步学习和临床工作打下坚实基础。
        Due to the particularity of pediatric patients and the complexity of current doctor-patient relationship, traditional clinical probation teaching methods can no longer meet the training needs of modern medical students. It is imperative to reform the traditional pediatric trainee teaching mode. Therefore, medical students and teachers should pay attention to the preparation work before the apprenticeship. In the process of clinical apprenticeship, the teacher should focus on the guidance of students, enhance students' understanding of common pediatric diseases through typical cases, and use multimedia to promote students ' clinical practice on pediatric diseases. Performance, especially the perceptual knowledge of imaging performance, strengthen basic operation training, enhance hands-on ability, focus on quality education, improve medical literacy. In this way, a variety of means are used to improve the clinical apprenticeship of medical students in all aspects and at the multi-level, so as to lay a solid foundation for further study and clinical work.
