摘要

目前新疆普遍使用栅条犁进行耕翻作业,耕作深度一般在27～35cm,其装配的限深轮各种各样,大多结构复杂,故障频发。本文介绍了一种应用于翻转犁上的新型限深轮,详细阐述了该限深轮的结构、特点和工作原理。经过田间试验考核,该限深轮满足设计要求。
        At present, grille plough is widely used for tillage in Xinjiang. The tillage depth is generally 27-35 cm. The depth-limiting wheels assembled by grille plough are various, and most of them have complex structures and frequent faults. The structure and characteristics of a new type of depth-limiting wheel used in turning plough were introduced in this paper.We have also conducted field trials to test the performance,It shows that the indicators are in line with the design requirements of our designed flip plow.
