摘要
低频射频识别系统中的RC放大器对保证信号无失真放大起着重要作用,其频带宽度是影响RC放大器性能的重要参数。从RC放大器原理出发,针对RC放大器的输入耦合电容、输出耦合电容和射极旁路电容对放大倍数和下限截止频率影响进行深入分析,证实了射极旁路电容对下限截止频率影响起着主要作用,最终的实验结果验证了分析结果。
        RC amplifier in low frequency RFID system plays an important role in ensuring the undistorted amplification of signal, and its bandwidth is an important parameter affecting the performance of RC amplifier. Based on the principle of RC amplifier,the effects of input coupling capacitance,output coupling capacitance and emitter bypass capacitance on amplification factor and lower cut-off frequency of RC amplifier were analyzed in detail. The main effect of emitter bypass capacitance on lower cut-off frequency was confirmed. Finally,the analysis results are verified by experiments.
