摘要

高科技电子厂房工程体量大、工期紧、资源投入庞大,施工组织管理难度高,为满足高等级洁净度要求,一般采用多孔密肋梁等特殊楼板形式,结构施工难度大;屋盖多采用大跨度重型钢桁架结构,安装困难。基于大连英特尔电子厂房建造过程,详细介绍其施工组织部署及关键施工技术,包括厂房所在地区特殊孤石出露地基处理技术、华夫板结构施工技术、大跨度重型钢桁架屋盖滑移施工技术等,为类似高科技电子厂房建造提供有益的借鉴。
        In order to meet the requirements of high-grade cleanliness,it is difficult to construct a hightech electronic factory building with large volume,tight construction period and huge investment of resources. In general,porous multi-ribbed beams and other special floor slabs are used,which makes the construction of the structure difficult. Large-span heavy-duty steel truss structure is often used in the roof,which makes the installation difficult. Based on the construction process of Intel Electronics Workshop in Dalian,the construction organization,deployment and key construction technologies are introduced in detail,including the foundation treatment technology of special solitary stone exposure in the area where the workshop is located,the construction technology of waffle board structure,the sliding construction technology of long-span heavy steel truss roof,etc. It provides a useful reference for similar construction of high-tech electronic workshop.
