摘要
对于平面布置凹凸不规则的高层建筑,现行规范尚缺乏相关规定。本文将选用现实中的工程为例,对其进行罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,指出该形式的结构在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能,提出相关设计要点。结果表明,平面凹凸不规则布置的高层建筑在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能与一般矩形平面框架剪力墙结构的抗震性能基本一致,同时,在设计时应对弱连接楼盖部位给予重点关注。
        For the high-rise buildings with irregular plane, the pertinent provisions of the current codes are relatively lacking. The elastoplastic analysis of the structure of this form under rare earthquake is carried out based on the actual engineering cases, and meanwhile, the seismic performance and design points of the structure of this form are pointed out. The results show that the seismic performance of the high-rise building with irregular plane under rare earthquake is basically consistent with the seismic performance of the general shear wall structure with rectangular plan, while the weak connection floor should be given emphasis during the design.
