摘要

财务管理的综合性极强,规范的管理制度、合理的财务指标、精细的过程控制,是有效实施企业财务管理的根本保证。在当前这种企业管理竞争越来越激烈的形势下,提高企业的财务管理,尤其是精细化财务管理能力就显得尤为重要。提高企业的精细化财务管理的水平,有利于企业不断增强企业的竞争力,使企业立于不败之地。精细化是现代企业财务管理工作的重要趋势之一,为了更好地促进国有企业财务管理工作水平的提高,通过分析企业精细化财务管理的内涵、论述了精细化财务管理在国有企业实施的必要性,为国有企业经营稳步健康发展提出新的思考。
        The comprehensive financial management is extremely strong, the standard management system, the reasonable financial index, the fine process control, is the effective implementation enterprise financial management fundamental guarantee. In the current situation of more and more fierce competition in enterprise management, it is particularly important to improve the enterprise's financial management, especially the fine financial management ability. Improving the level of fine financial management is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and making them invincible. Refinement is one of the important trend of modern enterprise financial management work, in order to better promote the improvement of state-owned enterprise financial management work, through the analysis of the connotation of fine enterprise financial management, this paper discusses the elaborating the necessity of financial management in the state-owned enterprises, for the state-owned enterprise management has been a steady and healthy development of the new thinking is put forward.
