摘要
文章对包钢4~#高炉提高炉温稳定率生产实践进行了总结,通过加强原燃料管理,装料制度调整,探究合适热制度,加强铜冷却壁渣皮稳定性操作,实行标准化操作和高炉日体检制度,高炉炉温稳定率大幅提高,为高炉的稳定、顺行奠定坚实的基础。
In this paper,the production practices for improving stability ratio of furnace temperature for 4~# blast furnace of Baotou Steel are summarized. It is greatly improved by strengthening the management of crude fuels,adjusting the charging system,exploring appropriate thermal system,strengthening the operations for stability of slag crust of copper cooling wall as well as implementing the standard operations and daily examination system of blast furnace,which lay a foundation for stable and trouble-free operations of blast furnace.
