摘要
对某石化公司150×10~4t/a柴油加氢改质装置的节能潜力进行了深入分析和挖掘,在此基础上提出了节能创新改造的思路,并在2015年和2018年装置2次大检修中加以改造实施,经过多年的实践应用证明:对装置1.0 MPa和0.3 MPa自产蒸汽线进行改造后,每年多产蒸汽的直接经济效益达到120.35万元;采用HydroCOM和HRCS无级气量调节系统的机组年节约电费681.4万元;采用液力回收透平的高压进料泵机组年节约电费112.1万元;采用高效燃烧器的加热炉有效降低了氮氧化物的排放,减排效果十分明显。这几项节能创新改造技术为企业每年创造节能经济效益达913.85万元。

The annual electricity cost of the high-pressure feed pump unit using hydraulic recovery turbine is 1.121 million yuan; The heating furnace with high efficiency burner can effectively reduce nitrogen oxide, so the emission reduction effect is very obvious.These energy-saving innovation and transformation technologies create energy saving economic benefits of 9.138 5 million yuan for enterprises every year, and the emission reduction effect is also very significant.
