摘要

化工设计是一项将化工生产过程由设想转变为现实的建设过程。化工生产过程是指对化工原料进行化学加工,最终获得有价值的产品的生产过程。第二次工业革命之后,化工生产已经渗入到人类生活的各个方面,而化工生产过程一般较为复杂,所以在进行生产之前必须对生产过程进行周密的设计。首先对化工设计安全的重要性进行讨论,随后指出如何识别化工设计中的危险,最后阐述其控制手段。
        Chemical design is a construction process that transforms the chemical production process from vision to reality.The chemical production process refers to the production process of chemical processing of chemical raw materials and finally obtaining valuable products.After the second industrial revolution,chemical production has penetrated into all aspects of human life,and the chemical production process is generally more complicated,so the production process must be carefully designed before production.The article first discusses the importance of chemical design safety,then points out how to identify the dangers in chemical design,and finally describes its control methods.
