摘要

社会环境监测机构在环境监测工作中起着举足轻重的作用,有效的质量管控方式方可确保其出具的监测数据的准确性、有效性、代表性和溯源性。论文充分认识到环境监测的特点,高度重视源头方案把控、监测现场控制及数据报告质量控制,即事前、事中、事后控制,并定期开展内部飞行检查等相结合的质量控制措施。
        The social environmental monitoring agency plays an important role in the environmental monitoring work. The effective quality control method can ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, representativeness and traceability of the monitoring data issued by it. This paper fully recognizes the characteristics of environmental monitoring, and attaches great importance to the quality control measures of source control,monitoring and on-site control and data reporting quality control, that is, pre-control, in-process control and post-control, and regular internal flight inspection.
