济南市污水处理厂进水水质特征及去除效果分析

摘要
选取济南市辖区内4座污水处理厂,系统分析了有机物、氮、磷和悬浮物的去除率、进水水质特征。结果表明,济南市第一、二、三、四污水处理厂对生化需氧量(BOD)、化学需氧量(COD)、悬浮物(SS)、总磷(以P计)、氨氮(以N计)的去除率均达到了90%以上,对总氮(以N计)的去除率分别为63.4%、75.0%、71.5%、69.0%,总氮去除率较其他各项指标低。4座污水处理厂进水水质偶有突变,但出水均能稳定达标。进水BOD/TN>3的概率分别为35.8%、37.3%、35.4%、29.4%,表明多数情况下污水处理厂进水反硝化碳源不充足。进水BOD/TP>20的概率分别为68.2%、58.2%、41.8%、48.1%,表明济南市第一、二污水处理厂多数情况下可以满足生物除磷的要求。BOD/COD>0.3的概率分别为77.7%、74.7%、62.7%、64.4%,表明济南市4座污水处理厂进水的可生化性均较好。
        Four wastewater treatment plants in Jinan area were selected, influent water quality and the removal rate of organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorus and suspended solids were systematically analyzed. The results showed that the removal rates of BOD, COD, SS, TP and ammonia nitrogen in the first, the second, the third and the fourth wastewater treatment plants of Jinan were more than 90%, and the removal rates of TN were 63.4%, 75%, 71.5% and 69%, respectively. Removal rates of TN were lower than those of other indexes. Influent water quality of four wastewater treatment plants was mutated occasionally, but effluent could reach the standard steadily. The probabilities of influent BOD/TN > 3 were 35.8%, 37.3%, 35.4% and 29.4%, respectively, which indicated that under the most circumstances, carbon source of denitrification in wastewater treatment plant was insufficient. The probabilities of influent BOD/TP > 20 were 68.2%, 58.2%, 41.8% and 48.1%, which showed that the first and the second wastewater treatment plants in Jinan could meet the requirement of biological phosphorus removal in most cases. The probabilities of BOD/COD > 0.3 were 77.7%, 74.7%, 62.7% and 64.4%, respectively, which indicated that wastewater treatment plants in Jinan had better biodegradability.
