摘要
[目的/意义]分析网络舆情信息受众情感极化生发机理,以揭示舆情受众情感极化的形成规律,总结干预措施,为进一步有效管控舆情受众的极化情感提供理论基础。[方法/过程]从经典的群体极化理论入手,辩证吸纳其精华,归纳网络舆情命题下受众情感极化的内涵、动力机制、关键影响因素,并构建了生发机理模型,根据其生发机理和动力机制提出了相对应的情感极化干预措施。[结果/结论]论证明晰网络舆情受众情感极化的内外部动力和4个关键影响因素,从可操作的角度提出情感极化干预的基本思路。
[Purpose/significance]This paper analyzes the generating mechanism of information audience's emotional polarization of network public opinion,reveals the formation law of emotional polarization of public opinion audience,summarizes the intervention measures,and provides a theoretical basis for further effective control of public opinion audience's emotional polarization.[Method/process]Starting from the classical group polarization theory,this paper dialectically absorbs its essence,summarizes the connotation,dynamic mechanism and key influencing factors of audience's emotional polarization under the network public opinion proposition,and constructs a generation mechanism model,and puts forward corresponding intervention measures of emotional polarization according to its generation and dynamic mechanism.[Result/conclusion] The demonstrate clarifies the internal and external motivation of emotional polarization of network public opinion audience,and four key influencing factors,and puts forward the basic ideas of emotional polarization intervention from the operational point of view.
