摘要

目的了解上海市基层社区家庭病床质控管理现状,分析问题,提出建议。方法对上海市16个区的241家基层社区2017年家庭病床质控管理现状进行问卷调查。结果 2017年,241家基层社区均定期进行家庭病床质控管理工作,90%以上的社区从家庭病床台帐、中西医家床病史质量、医保费用合理性、查床及时性、患者满意度等方面进行质控考核。16个区中,有15个区成立了家庭病床质控组,建立了较规范的质控内容和质控标准。结论上海市家庭病床质控管理工作取得了较好成绩,但仍存在全市质控标准不一致、家庭病床病史格式不统一、中心城区和郊区存在差距等问题,需持续改进。
        Objective To investigate the current situation of quality control of family beds in Shanghai's grassroots communities and to propose suggestions for improvement. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the status of quality control of family beds in 241 grassroots community health service institutions in 16 districts of Shanghai. Results In 2017,241 grassroots community health service agencies regularly carried out quality control of family beds.More than 90%of the community had a family bed quality assessment from aspects of medical history of Chinese and Western doctors,the reasonableness of medical insurance,the timeliness of bed check,and patient satisfaction.Among the 16 districts,15 districts had established family bed quality control groups,and established more standardized quality control content and quality control standards. Conclusion The quality control management of family beds in Shanghai had achieved good results,but there were still problems such as the inconsistent quality control standards in the city,the inconsistent format of family beds,and the gaps in the quality control of family beds in central urban areas and suburbs,which needed to be continually improved.
