生育失败压力和应对策略与不孕不育夫妇婚姻关系的相关性研究

摘要
目的探寻不孕不育夫妇的婚姻关系在社会人口学因素方面的呈现特点,以及与生育失败压力和应对策略的相关性,为不孕不育夫妇的医学诊疗、人本照护、生殖健康咨询、婚姻辅导与家庭治疗等方面提供相关依据。方法横断面相关性研究,采取立意抽样方法,对121对不孕不育夫妇采用结构式问卷进行调查。数据的统计与分析采用统计学软件SPSS 17.0完成。结果不孕不育夫妇中的男性和女性对于婚姻关系的自我评价,受到不同因素的综合影响,且影响力各有不同。其中,男性的性关注压力对于男性的婚姻关系起到消极的作用;女性的性关注压力、女性成为父母的压力和女性对于生育失败的主动回避策略对其婚姻关系有消极的影响作用。此外,男女的无子女生活方式抉择的压力均与其婚姻关系呈正相关作用,这可能在男性和女性经历不孕不育的过程中,该变量受到不孕不育夫妇采取的基于意义的应对策略的影响有关。结论在为不孕不育夫妇进行医学诊疗、护理和咨询辅导实践中,应将夫妻视为不孕不育事件经历的共同体,并综合评价双方经历生育失败后产生的压力类型及应对策略,进而有助于不孕不育夫妇的健康福祉和婚姻关系的改善。
ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of infertile couples' perceived marriage relationship in different social demographics,as well as its correlation with their infertility stress and coping strategy,in order to provide meaningful evidence for infertility treatment, nursing and care, reproductive health counselling, marriage guidance and family therapy for the infertile couple.MethodsThrough adopting implemented through cross-section correlation approach, and using the method of purpose sampling,121 infertile couples were surveyed through the structure questionnaire,and all the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.ResultsThe perceived marriage relationship of the men and women were influenced by various factors with different effect power. For men's marriage relationship, it was negatively affected by their experiencing sexual concern stress. Women's experiencing sexual concern,need for parent concern and active-avoidance strategy of coping with infertility had negative effect on their marriage relationship. In addition,the study indicated that the rejection of childless concern had positive effect on men's and women's perceived marriage relationship,which could be related with meaning-based strategy of the infertile couple's coping with infertility.ConclusionThe infertile and the spouse should be regarded as a unit when providing medical service,nursing and counseling for them. Comprehensive analysis of their experiencing infertility stress and coping strategy should be done in order to improve the infertile couples' well-being and marriage relationship.
