儿童急性阑尾炎抗感染方案的研究进展

摘要
儿童急性阑尾炎是学龄儿童常见病之一。治疗方法主要有手术治疗和保守治疗,腹腔镜下阑尾切除术成为主要的手术方式。由于抗菌药物在外科领域中的不合理应用相当普遍,近年来越来越多的药师参与到临床用药中。据文献报道,药师对临床用药的干预是有效可行的,能更好地促进临床合理用药。本文就儿童急性阑尾炎抗感染方案的研究作一综述。
        Acute appendicitis is one of the common diseases in school-age children. The main treatments are surgical treatment and conservative treatment, and the main operative method is laparoscopic appendectomy. As the irrational use of antibacterial drugs in surgical departments is quite common, more and more pharmacists have participated in clinical drug use recently. The intervention of clinical drug use is reported to be effective and feasible, which could promote rational clinical drug use. This article reviews the research on anti-infective programs for children with acute appendicitis.
