鹿胎药理作用研究

摘要
鹿胎是传统的名贵滋补品,用于肾虚经亏,体弱无力,经血不足,妇女虚寒,月经不调,崩漏带下,久不受孕等症。近年来,随着鹿胎的不断应用,国内外学者借助现代的方法和手段,鹿胎的药理作用和生物活性逐渐被发现。通过查阅近20年相关文献,对鹿胎的药理作用研究概况进行整理、归纳、总结。从临床治疗妇科疾病的作用、滋补作用、免疫调节作用、抗炎镇静等药理作用对鹿胎的相关研究进行综述,为鹿胎的进一步研究开发和应用提供参考依据。
Deer placenta,a kind of famous and precious traditional Chinesemedicine, which has the efficacy of kidney vacuity and essence depletion,weakness, menstrual insufficiency, women with deficiency cold, irregular menstruation, long-term infertility and other diseases. In recent years, with the depending of application, domestic and foreign scholars with the help of modern methods and means, a variety of biological activity and pharmacological effects of deer placenta were discovered gradually. Through the study of nearly 20 years of relevant literature, the pharmacological effects of the deerplacenta was summarized. In this paper, the recent progress in the research on pharmacological effects of deer placenta was reviewed, including its effects of clinical treatment of gynecological diseases, nourishing, immunomodulating, anti-inflammatory and sedative effects,to provide reference for the further development and comprehensive utilization.
