摘要
目的:基于概念数据模型,探索将编码型数据元的允许值与标准术语系统SNOMEDCT进行映射的方法,为实现概念的规范化和标准化表示提供路径。方法:采用本体映射法,构建概念数据模型和SNOMEDCT术语模型的语义关系,用protégé软件实现案例的自动匹配。结果:以麻醉为例,建立了基于概念数据模型的编码型数据元的结构化表达方法,提炼了建立语义关联的SNOMEDCT三元组结构,构建了基于概念数据模型的麻醉实例与SNOMEDCT术语模型映射关系。结论:通过探索基于概念数据模型的实例与标准医学术语的映射,实现了部分本地编码型数据元值域相关术语的SNOMED CT标准化表达,对今后开展本地术语与标准术语系统的对照和映射提供了方法上的借鉴。
Objective: Based on the conceptual data model, this study aims to develop a mapping method between local terms and SNOMED CT, thus enabling the standardized representation of medical concepts used in various systems and scenarios. Methods:The ontology mapping method was used to build semantic relationships between the conceptual data model and SNOMED CT concept model, and matching was implemented by protégé. Results: Take anesthesia as an example, we built the standard expression for data elements represented by coded values, refined the SNOMED CT three tuples structure with semantic association, and mapped anesthesia instances to SNOMED CT terminologies. Conclusion: The methods explored in this study can be a possible approach to map coded values of data elements(Anesthesia) to standard medical terminologies, providing references in standardizing local terms in information sharing and analyzing.
