摘要

目的:为规范基于企业资源管理(enterpriseresourceplanning,ERP)的人力资源管理信息系统建设,促进医院人、财、物运营数据的交换与共享,研究建立医院人力资源管理基本数据集标准。方法:围绕现代医院人力资源管理的核心内容,参照国内外较为成熟的医院ERP人力资源运营管理信息系统,应用数据集与数据元标准化技术和《WS363.1-2011卫生信息数据元目录第1部分:总则》发布的描述规范,构建国内通用性的人力资源运营管理信息系统基本数据集,对数据集相应数据元属性进行规范化描述。结果:建立了7个主题数据集,梳理出48个通用数据元并提交了规范化描述结果,定义了11个数据元值域代码表,形成国内基于医院资源管理的《医院人力资源管理基本数据集》卫生行业标准,标准号:WS599.1-2018。结论:医院人力资源管理基本数据集标准是医院人、财、物信息系统建设的基础,是促进医院间人力资源信息系统互联互通和数据共享的条件。
        Objectives:To standardize the construction of ERP-based human resource management information system in China,promote the exchange and sharing of hospital operation data of human resource,finance and materials and establish the basic dataset standard of hospital human resource management.Methods:Focusing on the core content of human resources management in modern hospitals,the research referred to the ERP human resources operation and management information system of domestic and foreign hospitals,applied the dataset and data element standardization technology and the description standards issued by the health industry standards(WS363.1-2011 health information data element content,part 1) to construct a basic dataset of China's universal human resource management information system,standardize the description of data element attributes.Results:We established 7 thematic datasets,found out 48 general data elements and submitted standardized description,and defined 11 data element value field code tables to form China's HRP-based "Hospital Human Resource Management Basic Dataset Standard",standard number:WS 599.1-2018.Conclusions:The basic dataset standard for hospital human resource management is the basis for the construction of hospital human resource information system,and it is the condition for promoting the interconnection and data sharing of human resource information systems between hospitals.
