摘要
目的比较重庆巫山独活不同采收期产量性状及蛇床子素、二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯含量,为确定合理的采收期提供参考依据。方法采用田间小区试验法,于2015年9月5日-2016年3月3日,每20 d采收1次,共10个不同采收时期,以独活主根长、根直径、鲜重、干重、折干率为考察指标,以蛇床子素和二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯为指标成分,应用HPLC对其进行测定,并运用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果随着采收期的延迟,独活主根长、直径、鲜重、干重、折干率呈先增加后降低的趋势;蛇床子素含量前期不断增加,12月中旬到达最高值,随后逐渐降低;二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯含量呈曲线变化,分别于11月下旬和2月中旬出现高峰,但差异不明显。结论重庆巫山独活单株鲜重和蛇床子素、二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯含量与采收期有一定关系;结合鲜重和指标成分含量,其最适合的采收期应为12月中旬。本研究可为独活采收期的选择提供依据。
        Objective To compare yield characteristics, contents of osthole and columbianadin of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix of different collecting time in Wushan of Chongqing; To provide references for reasonable collecting time. Methods Adopting small plot experiment in the field, taking the main root length, root diameter, fresh root weight, dry root weight and drying rate as investigation basis, collecting time from September 5th 2015 to March 3rd 2016 was divided into ten collecting time, collecting every 20 d. Taking osthole and columbianadin as the index components, the HPLC was used to determine them, and the principal component analysis method was used for comprehensive evaluation. Results Root length, root diameter, fresh root weight, dry root weight and drying rate increased first then decreased along with the collecting time. Osthole increased first, then decreased gradually after reaching a peak value in the middle of December. The change of columbianadin was a quadratic curve with the collecting time, and reached the peak at the end of November and mid-February, but there was not significant difference. Conclusion The fresh root weight and contents of osthole and columbianadin in Angelicae Pubescentis Radix has a certain relationship with the collecting time, combined with the fresh root weight and index components,the optimum collecting time of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix in Wushan of Chongqing is mid-December, which can provide theoretical basis for the choice of collecting time of Angelicae Pubescentis Radix.
