摘要
载波移相PWM方法(CPS-SPWM)具有较好的输出性能,适用于级联H桥变换器的场合。但其直流电压利用率低,且在高压大容量变换器场合器件开关频率过高,导致损耗偏大。针对CPS-SPWM的优缺点和大容量级联H桥变换器的要求,提出了更适用于大容量级联H桥变换器的优化CPS-SPWM方法,提高了直流电压利用率、降低了开关频率。优化后级联H桥变换器仍可获得较好的输出性能。着重阐述了CPS-SPWM的原理,推导和分析了其输出性能。最后,在级联H桥变换器的仿真模型和试验样机上验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
        Carrier phase-shifted SPWM(CPS-SPWM) has good output performance and is suitable for cascaded H-bridge converters.However,the utilization rate of DC voltage is low,and the switching frequency of devices is too high in high voltage and large capacity converters,which leads to high losses.According to the advantages and disadvantages of CPS-SPWM and the requirements of high-power cascaded H-bridge converter,an optimization CPS-SPWM strategy more suitable for high-power cascaded H-bridge converter was proposed,which can enhance the utilization rate of DC voltage,and reduce the switching frequency,still maintain the consistent output performance.The principle of this strategy was analyzed,and the output performances was deduced and analyzed as well.Finally,the prototype of cascaded H-bridge converter was developed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy.
