摘要
针对水轮发电机在线监测参数多、参数间关联不确定和模糊、难以评价设备整体健康状态的问题,提出基于模糊综合评判的水轮发电机组健康状态在线评价方法,通过合理选择状态监测信息,分部件建立水轮发电机健康状态评价层次指标体系,统一确定各个指标评价状态的隶属函数,按照模糊综合评判方法对各层指标进行评价及逐层融合,得出水轮发电机的综合运行健康状态。实例应用结果表明,该方法合理、可行,其评价结果与实际情况相符。
The hydro generator has many online monitoring parameters and the correlation between parameters is uncertain and fuzzy,which makes it difficult to evaluate the health state of the equipment.An online evaluation method of health state of hydro generator is proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.By reasonably selecting the state monitoring parameters,the evaluation index system of health state of hydro generator is established,and the member function of index evaluation state is determined.According to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive operation health state of the hydro generator is obtained.Example analysis shows that the method is reasonable and feasible.The evaluation result is consistent with actual situation.
