摘要

分析了螺纹联接的连接、防松原理,从初始拧紧状态、支撑面被压陷、螺纹联接自松三方面论述了螺纹联接松动原因及防松方法。重点阐述破坏螺纹运动副关系、机械固定件锁紧、增大摩擦力的自松防松措施。
        It analyzes the connection of thread joint, the principle of anti-loosening, discusses the reason of thread joint loosening and the anti-loosening method from three aspects: the initial tightening state, the compression of the support surface, and the self-loosening of the thread joint. It focuses on the self-loosening and anti-loosening measures of destroying thread motion pairs, locking mechanical fixing parts and increasing friction force.
