摘要
分析资源开发区生态承载力与产业一致性发展的关系具有重要意义。文章从资源开发与生态的作用机理出发,分析了矿产资源开发区域的生态系统演化过程和组成结构;从社会需求、经济生产、环境变化和生态平衡等环节,剖析了矿产资源开发与生态系统的作用机理。在此基础上,梳理了资源开发区生态承载力的特征要素,分析了产业竞争力,构建了对资源破坏、地质灾害和环境污染为基础的16个一致性因素。最后提出了开展现状调查与分析,区域生态与产业整合分析,资源开发区生态承载力与产业一致发展可能性分析,计算资源、市场和环境容量等约束条件,形成产业调整优化策略的产业布局思路。
        It is of great significance to analyze the relationship between ecological carrying capacity of resource development zones and consistent industrial development. Based on the mechanism of resource development and ecology, the evolution process and composition of ecosystem in mineral resources exploitation region are analyzed. The composition structure of three subsystems including society, economy and nature is analyzed. From the aspects of social demand, economic production, environmental change and ecological balance, the mechanism of action of mineral resources development zone and ecosystem is analyzed. Then, the characteristic elements of the ecological carrying capacity of the resource development zones, the industrial competitiveness are analyzed, and 16 consistency factors based on resource destruction, geological disasters and environmental pollution is constructed. Finally we put forward the idea of the industry layout as follows: status survey and analysis; regional ecological and industrial integration analysis; to analysis the possibility of resources development zone ecological carrying capacity consistent with the industrial development; to compute resource, market, and environmental capacity constraints; to form industrial adjustment and optimization strategy.
