铝胁迫对野葛叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数的影响

摘要
本研究采用铝浇灌野葛扦插苗的方法,探索铝胁迫对野葛叶绿素含量、荧光参数和净光合速率的影响。研究结果表明,随着铝胁迫程度的增加,野葛叶绿素含量均逐渐降低,Fo值逐渐增大,Fm、Fv/Fm值和Pn均逐渐降低;低浓度铝胁迫对野葛叶绿素含量、荧光参数和净光合速率均影响不大,高浓度铝胁迫下各指标均受到显著影响。250μmol/L的铝胁迫下Fo值显著(p<0.05)高于CK,250μmol/L的铝胁迫下Fm值显著(p<0.05)低于CK,200μmol/L的铝胁迫下Fv/Fm值显著(p<0.05)高于CK。铝胁迫显著(p<0.05)抑制野葛叶片叶绿素含量的浓度为100μmol/L,显著(p<0.05)抑制野葛净光合速率的浓度为150μmol/L。
        The impact of aluminum stress on chlorophyll content, fluorescence parameters and net photosynthetic rate of kudzu was studied by the method of aluminum watering kudzu cuttings in this study. The results showed that with the increase of aluminum concentration, the chlorophyll content decreased, Fo value increased, and Fm, Fv/Fm values and Pn were all gradually decreased. Low concentration aluminum stress had little effect on chlorophyll content, fluorescence parameters and net photosynthetic rate of Pueraria lobata, while all indexes were significantly affected under high concentration aluminum stress. The value of Fo was significantly higher than that of CK under aluminum stress of 250 μmol/L, while the value of Fm was significantly lower than CK under 250 μmol/L aluminum stress and the value of Fv/Fm was significantly lower than CK under 200 μmol/L aluminum stress. Aluminum stress significantly(p<0.05) inhibited the chlorophyll content of Pueraria lobata leaves at a concentration of 100 μmol/L, and significantly inhibited the net photosynthetic rate of Pueraria lobata leaves at a concentration of 150 μmol/L(p<0.05).
