摘要
地下空间的开发利用有助于解决目前城镇化进程中存在的诸多问题,为建设新型生态文明城市带来新契机。然而,以岩土体为介质和环境的地下空间,地质环境条件是影响和制约其开发利用的重要因素。为避免地下空间利用产生各种不利后果,本文以成都绕城高速公路以内中心城区为主要研究对象,分别从水文地质条件、工程地质条件和环境地质问题等三个方面,系统研究了地下空间开发利用的影响制约因素。结果表明,研究区水文地质条件的制约因素有地下水水位、含水层厚度、岩土层透水性、地下水腐蚀性等;工程地质条件的主要制约因素为膨胀土和可液化砂土;地面沉降是影响该区地下空间开发利用的主要环境地质问题。通过研究,对正确认识成都中心城区地下空间开发利用面临的环境地质问题,采取恰当的防治措施具有重要意义,也为研究区地下空间的合理开发利用提供了地质环境条件技术支撑。
        The development and utilization of the underground space will contribute to solve many problems existing in the urbanization and bring new opportunities for the construction of new ecological civilization cities. However,the geo-environmental condition is an important factor in influencing and restraining the development and utilization of the underground space which is surrounded by the rock mass. In order to avoid the negative effects resulting from the underground space utilization,the central area of Chengdu Ring Expressway was taken as the main research object in this paper. Then,the affecting and restricting factors of the underground space utilization were systematically studied from the following three aspects: the hydrogeological,engineering geological and environmental geological conditions. The research results showed the following:( 1) The groundwater level,thickness of aquifer,permeability of rock mass layer,and corrosivity of groundwater were the hydrogeological constraints;( 2) The main engineering geological constraints included expansive and liquefiable sandy soils;( 3) The land subsidence was the main geo-environmental problem which affected the development and utilization of underground space in this area. This study was of significance to correctly understand the environmental geological problems in the development and utilization of urban underground space in Chengdu,and to take appropriate precautions. It also provides the technical basis of geological environment for the rational development and utilization of underground space in Chengdu.
