摘要
创新能力是人才最高的本质力量,培养创新能力的有效方法是开发创新思维能力,创新思维能力是创新能力的核心和基础。怎样培养、采用何种培养方法,设置哪些相关学科去培养创新能力,乃是高校新时代亟待解决的重要问题。研究生创新能力的培养不是单一学科、单一手段能解决的问题,它需要多学科协同、多手段联动才能解决。自然辩证法就其多学科、多领域,综合性较强的学科性质,应当肩负起培养研究生创新能力的历史使命。
The innovation ability is the highest essential power of talents. The effective way to cultivate the innovation ability is to develop the innovation thinking ability. Innovation thinking ability is the core and foundation of innovation ability. How to cultivate,what kind of training method to adopt and which related disciplines to cultivate innovative ability are the important problems to be solved urgently in the new era of colleges and universities. The cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability is not a problem that can be solved by a single discipline or a single means,but requires the coordination of multiple disciplines and the linkage of multiple means. Natural dialectics,with its multidisciplinary,multidisciplinary and comprehensive nature,should shoulder the historical mission of cultivating the innovative ability of postgraduates.
