摘要
WEB4.0时代的到来使消费者在决策过程中受到的影响因素更加复杂,决策模型的构建也更加困难。本文通过对相关研究文献的梳理,总结出消费者决策模型构建的理论基础、模型基础、构建过程和消费者决策模型检验四方面发展现状及下一步研究方向。
WEB4.0 makes the influencing factors of consumers more complex in the decision-making process and the construction of decision-making model is more difficult. Based on the related research literature, this paper summed up the current situation of theoretical basis, model basis, construction process and model checking of consumer decision-making model construction and the next research direction.
