中药足浴联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变随机平行对照研究

摘要
[目的]观察中药足浴联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签随机分为两组。对照组50例甲钴胺,0.5mg/次,3次/d;神经节苷脂40mg+150mL生理盐水,静滴,1次/d。治疗组50例中药足浴,中药方组成:鸡血藤、伸筋草、透骨草各30g,千年健、桑枝~炒各25g,苦参20g,川芎、赤芍各15g,木瓜、姜~干、花椒目、茯神各10g,加水煎制,滤药渣取药汁400mL,睡前加入适量温水中足浴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床表现、中医症状积分(四肢麻木、肢末疼痛、全身乏力、头晕眼花、自汗畏风)、不良反应。治疗1疗程(4周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率86.00%;对照组显效22例,有效12例,无效16例,总有效率68.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。中医症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中药足浴联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效满意,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of foot bath combined with western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [Method] 100 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number of visits by randomized parallel control method. The control group consisted of 50 cases of mecobalamin, 0.5 mg/time, 3 times/day; ganglioside, 40 mg+150 mL saline, intravenous drip, 1 time/day. The treatment group consisted of 50 cases of Chinese medicine foot bath treatment, Chinese medicine prescription composition: Jixueteng, Shenjincao, Tougucao each 30 g, Qiannianjian, Sangzhi each 25 g, Kushen 20 g,Chuanxiong, Chishao each 15 g, Mugua, Ganjiang, Huajiaomu, Fushen each 10 g, water decoction 400 mL,add appropriate warm water foot bath before bedtime; western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks. Clinical manifestations, TCM symptom scores(numbness of limbs, pain at the end of limbs, general fatigue, dizziness and dizziness, spontaneous sweating and fear of wind) and adverse reactions were observed. One course of treatment(4 weeks) was used to determine the curative effect. [Result] The total effective rate was 86.00% in the treatment group, was better than that of the control which was 68.00%(P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms were improved in both groups(P<0.01), and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01). [Conclusion]Foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has satisfactory curative effect,which is worthy of promotion.
