摘要
目的探索一种新型一次性外科手术钩板在临床和远航条件下手术中的应用。方法通过材料力学和生物力学优化设计,采用管道式旋转榫合技术,设计发明一种新型、高强度一次性塑胶钩板,并将其应用于临床和远航条件下多种普外科手术。结果选用医用高分子塑胶聚甲醛(polyformaldehyde, POM)树脂为材料的一次性塑胶钩板,机械强度高,安装、操作方便,术野暴露好,完全满足临床及远航条件下手术的要求。结论新型一次性外科手术钩板适合在临床、野战及远航条件下应用,值得推广。
        Objective To investigate the application of a new disposable surgical hook in the clinical setting during prolonged deployment at sea.Methods Through material mechanics and biomechanics optimal designing, a new disposable high-strength plastic hook was developed with pipe-type rotary mortise technology. And it was applied to a variety of general surgeries in the clinical setting during prolonged sea deployment.Results With high mechanical strength, easy operation and good surgical field exposure, the disposable high-strength plastic hook made of polyformaldehyde(POM) could fully meet the demands of surgical operations clinically.Conclusion The new disposable surgical hook could be applied in surgical operations under the settings of field war and prolonged sea deployment. For this reason, it was worth further popularization.
