广场舞对中老年人健康影响及注意事项

摘要
广场舞作为一种休闲娱乐运动,因动作简便易学、使人感到身心愉悦、能够增强锻炼者的体质而受到广大人民的喜爱。广场舞已经成为我国中老年人用于休闲娱乐和增强体质的方式之一。本研究就广场舞对我国中老年人健康的影响进行阐述,分析其对中老年人健康潜在的危害并且提出相应预防措施,为我国中老年人科学锻炼提供指导,避免意外伤害的发生。以"广场舞、中老年人、健康、意外伤害"为关键词,全面检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库和重庆维普等数据库2010-01-2018-06发表的相关文献,对纳入文献进行综合归纳。广场舞可改善中老年人抑郁症状、预防骨质疏松、提高平衡能力、增强心血管功能、改善睡眠质量和改善2型糖尿病患者症状。但不科学的广场舞运动可能会对锻炼者的健康造成危害。中老年人在进行广场舞运动时应选择合适的锻炼场地和着装,同时重视运动前的热身训练,并根据自身状况安排合适的广场舞动作和适量的运动时间,提高自我保护意识,可避免在进行广场舞运动时意外伤害发生。
        As a kind of recreational sport,square dance is loved by the people because of its simple action,easy learning,pleasant body and mind,and the ability to enhance the physical fitness of exercisers.Square dancing has become one of the ways for middle-aged and elderly people in our country to enjoy leisure and improve their physical fitness.This study elaborates on the impact of square dance on the health of middle-aged and elderly people in China,analyses its potential harm to the health of middle-aged and elderly people,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures,so as to provide guidance for scientific exercise of middle-aged and elderly people in China and avoid accidental injuries.Using keywords of"square dance,elderly people,health,and accidental injury",papers were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,SinoMed and VIP database from 2010-01 to 2018-06.These literatures are analyzed and summarized.Square dance can improve depressive symptoms,prevent osteoporosis,improve balance ability,enhance cardiovascular function,improve sleep quality and improve the symptoms of type 2 diabetes.But unscientific square dancing may do harm to the health of exercisers.The middle-aged and elderly people should choose suitable exercise venues and clothes when performing square dancing.At the same time,they should pay attention to warm-up training before the exercise,and arrange appropriate square dancing movements and appropriate exercise time according to their own conditions,so as to improve their self-protection consciousness and avoid accidental injuries during square dancing.
