摘要

介绍郭志强崇阳学术观点及其在妇科疾病中的应用。郭志强教授倡导妇人之体"阴常不足,阳亦常虚"之说,并在理论和实践中加以完善,治疗上既重视阴精的不足,更时时注重顾护患者的阳气,形成了以"阴阳相济,阴基阳主"为核心的崇阳学术观点,强调在妇科领域中,阳气尤其是肾阳的盛衰具有至关重要的地位。
        GUO Zhiqiang' s academic viewpoint of respecting yang and its application in gynecological diseases were introduced. Professor GUO Zhiqiang advocated the theory that the woman's body is "insufficient in yin and yang is always deficiency",and it is perfected in theory and practice. The treatment not only pays attention to the insufficiency of yin essence,but also pays attention to protecting the yang qi of the patient. Thus,the academic viewpoint of respecting yang,centered on "mutual coordination of yin and yang,and yin based and yang dominate"was formed,which emphasizes that in the field of gynecology,the rise and fall of yang qi,especially kidney yang,is of paramount importance.
