摘要
试验旨在研究非常规饲料梯度替代日粮中的精料对山羊血液生化指标的影响。选择体重接近(21.27±2.67)kg的波杂羊(波尔山羊×徐淮山羊)28只,随机分成4组,分别饲喂4种不同日粮。试验羊单独饲喂,在60 d后对山羊进行颈静脉采血,测定血液生化指标。在本试验研究背景下,与高精料日粮相比,用非常规饲料替代日粮中的高精料有提高血液中总蛋白、白蛋白以及间接胆红素浓度的趋势,可降低血液中直接胆红素和甘油三酯的浓度。4组日粮的球蛋白、白蛋白/球蛋白、总胆红素以及肌酐的浓度差异不显著(P>0.05)。非常规饲料替代日粮中的精料有降低血液中谷丙转氨酶活性的趋势。在生产中,为了保障山羊的健康,应合理使用非常规饲料。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of gradient replacement of concentrate with nonconventinal feeds in the diet(Boer goats×Xu huai goats) on blood biochemical index of fatting goats. A total of 28 healthy goats with an average body weight of(21.27±2.67) kg were randomly allotted to 4 groups, with 7 replicates per group.Goats were fed 4 experiment diets. Goats were fed individually, after 60 d to jugular vein blood of goats, and measured the blood biochemical indexes. Compared with high concentrate diet, the non-conventional feed replaced high concentrate in diet, had a tendency to improve the TP, ALB and IBIL in the blood. Non-conventional feeds instead of concentrate in diet could reduce the DBIL and TG levels in the blood. The GLB, ALB/GLB, TBIL and CREA of 4 diets had no significant difference(P>0.05). Non-conventional feed instead of concentrate in diet, had a tendency to reduce the ALT activity in the blood. So in production, in order to ensure the goats health, we should rationally use the non-conventional feeds.
